Managing Partner’s Message

I appreciate the opportunity that the Managing Director, Mr. Jameel has given me to work for Yscc with such a good reputation. I joined Yscc with at a time that the whole team was comprised of 3 members, but now I can proudly say that I am part of a company with more employees and I believe it will expand more and more in the future. “It’s really admirable how our Managing Director always sees the projects through, from conception to completion.” He always finds a way to get it done and done well! This inspired me the most in order to continue with yscc for more than 8 years now.

He has given me many great experiences. Even though my primary responsibility was Accounting, my director has given me various opportunities to learn and explore in all the departments, viz Project Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Administration, etc.

Directors’ Positive attitude and his tremendous support always motivated me to involve and contribute my maximum effort in all the areas that I have been involved in. The effective management through the implementation of control measures and the adaptation of new policies and procedures gave way to get ISO certification for the company which is a big milestone for any future development
